Azon introduces a completely new 24-inch DTF printing system with the Primo+ NEON X solution. According to them, the integrated technology of direct printing on foil or film does not require manual maintenance thanks to the fully automatic maintenance of the system.
DTF printing on textiles
The core features of the Primo+ NEON X include a built-in ink mixing and circulation system in the dosing containers, an automatic check of the jet nozzles at a software-defined time interval, and the already mentioned automatic system maintenance.
In addition to the CMYK process colors, the indirect ten-color textile printing system uses double coverage white, neon yellow, neon magenta, neon orange, neon green. It prints with a maximum print width of 60 cm and is supported by ink tanks with a capacity of 750 ml.
The printer is controlled via an advanced touch-sensitive color LCD screen, and the inkjet printhead technology comes from Epson (PrecisionCore TFP).
The Azon DTF printer is powered by the fast EFI RIP (Digital Factory, DTF Edition) raster processing server. This enables printouts of resolutions: 2,880 x 1,440, 1,440 x 1,440 or 1,440 x 720 dpi.
