FLOCK foil is a hairy, polyurethane foil, top quality, easy to cut with cutters, easy to clean and use, 500 µ thick.
We recommend cutting with a 60 degree knife, pressure 80g (which means medium normal if the knife is still sharp).
Used for all kinds of cotton materials, polyesters, elastane, various blends, is a very durable material used for printing on T-shirts, jackets, sports equipment, bags, hats,…
Print temperature:
• 155 ° C, 15 seconds, mean pressure 3-4 bar
• hot hot
Maintenance:
• not suitable for tumble drying
• suitable for dry cleaning
• do not use bleach or other aggressive chemicals
• suitable for washing up to 60 ° C
The foils are 50 cm wide.
Available in quantities of 1-5m, 5m, 10m, and 25m.
